If you need to book your child/children into either breakfast club and/or afterschool club please complete and return the booking form by 27th March.

We are getting close to our maximum numbers so all children need to be booked in. 

All bookings will be charged for unless we received 2working days notice of any changes/cancellations

You will receive a confirmation email that your child/children has been booked in and has a place.
