Meals
Children have the opportunity to have school dinners. These are supplied through Telford & Wrekin Catering Services.
Our kitchen is a ‘Full Service Kitchen’. Meals are varied over three weeks and healthy options are available each day. Each term a new menu is sent out to parents so that pupils may choose from day to day whether or not to have a school lunch. Numbers are collected on a daily basis with the money being paid through ParentPay.
Children bringing sandwiches need to have them in a sturdy lunch box marked with their name, and their drinks container should have a very secure fastening. Glass bottles, containers, cans, fizzy or hot drinks are not permitted. All pupils have access to water throughout the day from 2 water stations, one at each end of the school. They may refill their water bottles at these.
We are part of the National Fruit Scheme and fruit is available free for every Key Stage 1 pupil each day. Key Stage 2 pupils are encouraged to bring a piece of fruit to be consumed at morning break.
