We are very sad to inform you that Mrs Sarah Smith will be leaving us for ventures new at the end of next week.
Sarah has been a member of our SSPP family since 2003 and her wonderful manner and personality have made her a great favourite with pupils, parents and staff alike. She has been a valued colleague and friend to us all.
Sarah has made the decision to move into a totally new environment and we wish her the very best of luck. We will all miss you Mrs Smith!
(We are planning a leaving gift for Mrs Smith, please feel free to contribute should you wish to. Thank you).
Don’t forget to return any school photo orders by Wednesday 24th October!
A huge WELL DONE to the year 3/4 girls football team, first game of the season against Newport Juniors, and what a performance!
Newport scored 2 goals in the first half. We came back with super goals from Easha and Sophie B. Then in the last minute of the game Newport scored another goal to beat us 3-2.
Rosy played goalkeeper for the first time and made some super saves.
Next league match to be arranged for November.
Key worker Policy
SS Peter and Paul Catholic Primary After School Club adheres to the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and have introduced a key worker system.
Reception aged children who attend the club have each been assigned a key worker- an identified adult who helps them settle into the club, ensures that they are well cared for and that their individual needs are met.
The key worker system helps build positive relationships with the child and between the parents/carers and staff.
There will be a chart on the After School Club noticeboard in the main reception area showing your child’s key worker.
Thank you for your continued support
After School Club Manager
